Tour Master has taken their popular three-quarter length Tour Master Transition jacket upgraded this versatile all-arounder with more comfort and features to create one of the most versatile jackets on the market: the Transition Series 2.
Working from the inside out, the Transition 2 starts off with Tour Master's toasty Z.O.Q. (Zip-Out Quilted), 100gm Polyfill insulation liner. The outer shell features tough 600 Denier Carbolex and 600 Denier Ballistic Polyester construction with reflective Phoslite panels for increased nighttime visibility. A waterproof and breathable Rainguard barrier allows rain protection without perspiration buildup.%s
Fitment is top-notch. Adjustable sleeve take-up straps at the forearm and bicep allow the rider to tailor the fit and also secure the elbow armor, which is constructed of removable, CE-approved pads. CE-armor is also located in the shoulders and back (an articulated triple-density design). The Microfiber lined collar and cuffs are soft yet durable and a collar anchor-snap eliminates flapping when open. Adjustable waist belts with TPR pulls help to fine-tune the fit.
Tour Master's Pipeline Ventilation System is state-of-the-art and incorporates waterproof, zippered three-position shoulder vents along with chest vents, sleeve vents and rear exit vents to provide substantial flow-through ventilation. A durable two-way main zipper closure with dual wind flap seals out the elements.
The Transition 2 is eminently practical with pockets for just about anything. There are two vertical zippered chest-map pockets, a sleeve key-pocket, zippered hand pockets with flap closures, an internal pocket ideally sized for a cell phone or MP3 player, and a dual-zippered fanny pack. As with all Tour Master jackets, there is a jacket/pant zipper attachment with the pant side included.
Night-time visibility is well thought-out with wide reflective strips across the back and chest, reflective sleeve piping, Phoslite material panels and Tour Master's signature reflective rear triangle.
