For those who love their Sport Classics (the retro look) and their Superbikes but are not thrilled about their ergonomics, these new Swatt clip-ons with risers might prove the perfect remedy.

Last year Bill Swatt introduced his conventional two-piece clip-ons, which were set on the center of the clip with 8 degrees of bar inclination. This year to increase comfort by raising the rider’s torso and reducing neck angles, Swatt has devised a new series of variants, which raise the bars by three further increments: 1.5 inches to 3.5 inches. To increase comfort and control, the bar angle has been altered to 5 degrees.

These are ideal fitments for Ducati sport classics and superbikes as well as Suzuki SV650 models; in fact, any motorcycle with fork tubes measuring 38-53 mm can benefit.

In common with Swatt Rear Sets, this new series of clip-ons are formed from billets of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 alloy. They reduce aching
in the wrists, arms, and neck and are designed to compliment Swatt’s rear sets, which can lower your feet and provide more leg room.

Available in black or clear anodize, this simple design allows a mast change to be completed in minutes. Replacement parts are available individually.

Last year, mounted on a Touring Sport Team Ducati, Doug Polen won the SunTrust Moto-ST Championship with Swatt Rear Sets. This year the full Touring Sport endurance team, including Polen, are using Swatt clip-ons, rear sets, and ride height adjusters.
