Clearly this is an economical track day, but also has the element of helping you increase your skill to move to the next level.

So what is an SED day anyway?

Bottom Line: 7 hours* of riding with help if you want it. Come on and off the track when you want. Ride as long as you want. Most people gauge how long they ride by filling up their tanks and riding till the fuel light comes on.

In terms of "bang for the buck": A normal day with NESBA is $195 for about 2.5 hours of riding. That equates to about $39 for every 30 mins.

The SED day on Tuesday is 4.5 hours of riding for $28 for 30 Mins. Almost double the amount of riding time and cheaper per hour rate.

The SED day on Wednesday is 7 hours of riding for $19 per 30 Mins. Almost 3 times the amount of riding time and half the cost per hour.

Clearly this is an economical track day, but also has the element of helping you increase your skill to move to the next level.
