BIKES: All New V Star 1300 Deluxe Headlines the Most Diverse Star Motorcycles Lineup Ever

Built around a 1304cc (80 cubic inch) V-Twin engine with a 9.5:1 compression ratio, aggressive cam timing and fuel injection, the V Star 1300 Deluxe with its 2 into 1 exhaust has the sound and power you need to get up and go. With the V Star 1300 Deluxe, Star Motorcycles has redefined the Bagger class of touring motorcycles.
A double-cradle steel frame contributes to an exceptionally light and nimble feeling, riders are sure to appreciate. With the engine mounting position slightly forward for optimum front to rear weight distribution, and its 16-inch wheels, the V Star 1300 Deluxe has outstanding handling performance.
The fenders are real steel, front and rear, which adds to the quality look and feel, and makes for easier customization.
Designed specifically for the V Star 1300 Deluxe, the fork-mounted fairing houses an integrated sound system, Garmin Zumo 665 GPS unit that is motorcycle friendly, waterproof, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and is satellite radio capable. The sound system is iPod/iPhone compatible with easy handlebar mounted controls.
The color-matched, lockable hard side bags are also uniquely designed for the V Star 1300 Deluxe and hold 7.6 gallons each to insure you have plenty of room to store stuff for the trips that lie ahead.
The 2013 V Star 1300 Deluxe is available in Deep Blue with an MSRP of $13,690, which is absolutely unheard of for a “bagger”.
Additionally, the Star Motorcycles complete line offers the most diverse choice of cruisers for the American consumer, with each model being designed with personalization in mind.
In the touring category the iconic Star Venture returns in Charcoal Silver/Raven followed by the 1900cc V-Twin Stratoliner S in Deep Blue, the 1700cc Road Star Silverado in Impact Blue as well as the V Star 1300 and V Star 950 Tourer each available in new colors.
The Classically styled models, highlighted by the 1900cc Roadliner S, 1700cc Road Star S, V Star 1300, V Star 950 and V Star 250 all return for 2013.
The Star chopper inspired models headlined by the exclusive Raider SCL, available in a new crimson red/intense black, the 1900cc Raider S features chrome trim in pearl white or candy red and the standard Raider all blacked out in raven. The popular Stryker with its low seat height and aggressive styling returns in raven, candy red and pearl white.
All 1900cc models feature a new easy pull clutch operation that requires 20 percent less effort at the lever.
The ultimate power cruiser is back. The class defining VMAX with soul-quaking acceleration will be available in nebulous purple
